Olga Stefanis Nelson opened Designs by Olga for business in April 1999.

After graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1996 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Metals, Olga worked for local jewelers in Chicago to learn how to succeed in the jewelry industry.

Since the inception of her company, Olga's work has been displayed in several galleries including Eclectic Junction and A Unique Presence . She sells her jewelry annually at the Bucktown Arts Festival and has been featured in two Today's Chicago Woman articles.
