Designs By Olga offers you a variety of secure payment methods. You can easily order online with a credit card using the PayPal secured system in which you view your items and total cost in your shopping cart and have your purchases shipped directly to you. Click on the ADD TO CART icons by the jewelry items you are interested in and PayPal will guide you through the process.
If you are in the Chicago Metro Area, any order you would like to purchase from us can be picked up at our studio by calling us at 224.558.4061. Arrangements can also be made by phone or email to have your package shipped or delivered to you. We are open from 9-5 Monday through Friday by appointment only. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks for any custom orders. Any items already in stock are available earlier. Rush orders (under one week delivery time) for custom work are often available for an additional fee of $ 50.00.
You may return any items to us for a full refund within ten (10) business days of purchasing. Items must be sent back in the condition they were delivered to you. Refunds will be mailed within seven (7) business days of return of item(s).
